REXI Aluminium Cladding Panels consists of the surface panel with reinforcing ribs & connection aluminum brackets, and structure skeletons with two types, steel structure and aluminum structure skeletons. The surface panels are normally 3.0 mm thick, type 3003 H24, aluminum plate, we also have other different thickness aluminum plates, like 1.5mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm. Sometimes, we also use the aluminum composite panels as the surface panels as our clients’ requirements. Structure skeleton is installed first, from bottom to top, then it is the surface panels. The last step is to do the caulking，clean first ,fill the bubble strip, do the silicon sealant and final cleaning. The surface treatment for panels can be PVDF and Powder coated, supplied by PPG、DNT、AKZO、NIPPON, TIGER, normal warranty for 15 years.
